项目摘要
The aim of the study is to explore women's experience of childbearing and genetic risk, in the context of advanced maternal age. We conducted semi-structured interviews with mothers over 35 years old or over. Many women were aware that the risk of fetal congenital anomalies increases with maternal age. However, some women knew nothing about testing and some had information given/obtained too late for termination of pregnancy. Although most mothers often had discussion with their husband in the decision making process about testing, some Japanese mothers made individual choices. It is important that nurses should give women appropriate care from early stage in pregnancy.
该研究的目的是在高级产妇时代探索妇女对生育和遗传风险的经历。我们对35岁或以上的母亲进行了半结构化访谈。许多妇女意识到，胎儿先天性异常的风险随着产妇的年龄而增加。但是，有些妇女对测试一无所知，有些女性的信息终止了/获得的信息太晚了。尽管大多数母亲经常在决策过程中与丈夫讨论有关测试的讨论，但一些日本母亲做出了个人选择。重要的是，护士应从怀孕初期开始适当的护理。
