项目摘要

The purpose of this study is to grasp the rule of Work/Life Balance (WLB) with each couple. Interview survey was carried out in order to find out the maintenance method of working conditions, family situations and social environment, which was much related with WLB. Objects in this survey were 15 female nurses with dual-career (including 5 nurses retired after marriage).Research method was the semi-structured interview about the balance between work and family life. According to the results, the approach and device for keeping WLB was the understanding and support of partner. In addition, the fullness of family life had an effect to keep Work/Life Balance, and the degree of WLB influenced the housework situation compared with the work situation. In order to keep WLB, it is necessary to consider 'accessibility to the support system', 'resolution of the lack of staff members', and 'enhancement of social recognition toward the difficulty of child-care leave of males' at work. Moreover, it is necessary to share the housework together with consideration and utilize the support conditions including one's partner appropriately. In addition, the gender-conscious of the boss had effect on Negative Spillover from work to family, stress and physical fatigue. As the results of above-mentioned, the growing rate of the support system had effect on Negative Spillover from family to work for the situation of one's husband. These issues were connected with job turnover. Therefore, it is suggest that taking a cooperative stance toward support systems by the boss is seen to be of use in keeping WLB for dual-career couples. As the future issues, it is necessary to examine a relationship between the flexible shift system and the feasibility of organizational correspondence.
本研究的目的是让每对夫妇掌握工作/生活平衡(WLB)的规则。为了了解与WLB密切相关的工作条件、家庭情况和社会环境的维持方法,进行了访谈调查。本次调查对象为15名双职工女护士(其中5名是婚后退休的护士)。研究方法为关于工作与家庭生活平衡的半结构化访谈。结果表明,保持WLB的途径和手段是合作伙伴的理解和支持。此外,家庭生活的充实程度对保持工作/生活平衡有影响,与工作状况相比,工作不平衡程度对家务状况的影响更大。为了维持WLB,有必要考虑工作中“支持系统的可及性”、“解决员工短缺问题”以及“提高社会对男性育儿假困难的认识”。此外,有必要共同分担家务,并适当利用包括自己的伴侣在内的支持条件。此外,老板的性别意识对工作到家庭的负面溢出、压力和身体疲劳也有影响。综上所述,支持体系的增长速度对丈夫处境产生了家庭对工作的负溢出效应。这些问题与工作流动有关。因此,建议老板对支持系统采取合作立场,这对于双职工夫妇保持WLB是有用的。作为未来的课题,有必要探讨灵活排班制度与组织对应的可行性之间的关系。
