The purpose of this study is to clarify the method of physical education curriculum development peculiar to an elementary school by using the method framework of school based curriiculum development.Main discussions of this study are summarized as follows; 1)It is considered the significance and task of "Bewegte Schule" which had been developed in sports curriculum reform of Germany since the 90's. 2)It is clarified the significance and method that teachers become a subject of physical education curriculum development. 3)I built the "3 tomo-model" and "model of learning movement culture and human development" in movement culture theory based physical education. 4)It is considered the significance and method of physical education curriculum development in connection with extra- physical education and life area.

这项研究的目的是通过使用基于学校的Curriiculum Development的方法框架来澄清体育课程发展的方法。该研究的介绍总结如下： 1）自90年代以来，在德国体育课程改革中开发的“ Bewegte Schule”的重要性和任务。 2）阐明了教师成为体育课程发展的主题的重要性和方法。 3）我在基于运动文化理论的体育教育中建立了“ 3个tomo-Model”和“学习运动文化与人类发展模式”。 4）它被认为是与体育和生活领域有关的体育课程发展的重要性和方法。
