The main object of this academic project is to examine the significance of the Russian country estate (usad'ba) from the viewpoint of cultural history. And it is elucidated that country estate which had the "medieval-feudal" aspects, had developed in 18-19 century, after the emancipation of the serfs in 1861 had declined, and by the Russian revolution in 1917 had died wholly, however, the Russian estate culture has survived and been succeeded as "cultural memories" or "substratum" of Russian culture.

该学术项目的主要目的是从文化历史的角度研究俄罗斯国家财产（USAD'BA）的重要性。据阐明，在1861年解放了奴隶制后，在18-19世纪具有“中世纪狂欢”方面的乡村庄园已经发展出来，而1917年的俄罗斯革命则全神贯注，但是，俄罗斯的房地产文化已经生存，并作为“文化媒体媒体”或“俄罗斯的文化”或“俄罗斯文化”的成功。
