The present project was planned based on the collaboration among GEOTAIL,WIND,AKEBONO,ULYSSES,Freja, POLAR,and INTERBALL spacecraft. However, due to the delay of the launch schedule of the POLAR and INTERBALL spacecraft, we proceeded the collaboration mainly among the GEOTAIl-WIND,GEOTAIL-ULYSSES,and AKEBONO-Freja spacecraft. The collaboration between the GEOTAIL and ULYSSES focused on the study on the interplanetary shock before launching the WIND spacecraft. The USLYSSES observations on the interplanetary shock near the Jupiter showed the good correlation with them by GEOTAIL near the Earth. On the collaboration between the GEOTAIL and WIND spacecraft, we paid our attention to the 2fp emissions, AKR emissions and Type III solar radio bursts. We successfully detected the source region of the 2fp emissions using the delay time of the observations between GEOTAIL and WIND.Further detailed study is continued using the more datasets. The AKR emissions are observed in the high frequency range beyond 100kHz. It is radiated in the polar region and its generation mechanism is closely related to the geomagnetic activities. We studied the propagation characteristics of the AKR using the GEOTAIL and WIND observations. The 2 point observations provide us the important information on the propagation of the AKR.We found the strong location dependence on the observations of the AKR.we checked the calibration of the receivers onboard the GEOTAIL and WIND spacecraft using the Type III solar radio bursts. We found the good agreement on the calibrated intensities of theirs. The plasma wave activities in the polar region were investigated under the collaboration between the AKEBONO and Freja satellites. We focus on the ion cyclotron waves observed in the polar region and discussed their generation mechanisms using the linear theory based on the observations by these 2 satellites which were located in the different altitudes.
