企业知识与员工知识贡献度集成评价研究

Knowledge has become one of the most important production elements. Many enterprises started to pay attention to the Knowledge Management and carried out it. However, during the process of knowledge management, enterprises have encountered some intractable problems: ① The disorderly status of enterprise knowledge, like multitude, miscellany, chaos and scattering, made the difficult knowledge retrieval and low knowledge utilization; ②Employees were reluctant to share knowledge, while the assessment and incentive mechanism of knowledge contribution was deficient or ineffective. One of the important reasons lay on the lack of systematic and effective knowledge evaluation methods on enterprise knowledge and staff knowledge contribution. Furthermore, the research in this area conducted by the theory and business field is scarce and in great need. In order to solve the problems mentioned, this project did a research on the integrated evaluation of enterprise knowledge and employee knowledge contribution from the perspective of theory and application. The main research contents includes: proposed Web2.0-based ways to acquire, organize, share, and evaluate enterprise knowledge; established the integrated evaluation model of enterprise knowledge and employee knowledge contribution; designed public and expert collaborative evaluation method for enterprise knowledge and evaluation method for employee knowledge contribution; constructed comprehensive knowledge contribution incentive mechanism; proposed domain knowledge actively pushing method for process; developed and implemented an integrated knowledge prototype system for two actual enterprises. The research will contribute to developing and perfecting knowledge evaluation theories and methodologies, and improving the enterprise knowledge retrieval, application and innovation.

知识已经成为企业最关键的生产要素之一，许多企业都开始重视并实施知识管理。然而随着知识的大量增加，企业知识管理过程中遇到了许多问题：①企业知识多、杂、乱、散的无序化状态造成知识检索难、利用率低；②员工知识共享意愿不强，知识贡献考核与激励无据可依或效果不佳。其重要原因之一就是对企业的知识和员工知识贡献度缺乏科学有效的评价，理论界和企业界对此方面的研究比较缺乏且非常需要。鉴于此，本项目对企业知识与员工知识贡献度集成评价的理论和应用进行研究。具体内容包括：研究基于Web2.0的企业知识评价方式；建立企业知识与员工知识贡献度集成评价模型；设计大众与专家综合的知识评价方法和员工知识贡献度评价方法；构建知识贡献激励机制和设计面向流程的知识主动推送应用方法；以两企业为例，设计和开发知识集成评价原型系统并进行应用验证。本项目对补充和发展知识评价理论和方法，促进企业知识有序化，提高知识应用效率具有重要的意义。

知识已经成为企业最关键的生产要素之一，许多企业都开始重视并实施知识管理。然而对企业的知识和员工知识贡献度缺乏科学有效的评价，理论界和企业界对此方面的研究比较缺乏且非常需要。本项目从理论、方法和应用的角度对企业知识与员工知识贡献度集成评价进行研究，主要的工作有：对Web2.0相关技术在知识管理中的应用进行了深入分析，提出了基于Web2.0的企业知识获取、组织、共享和评价的具体方式；对企业知识评价和员工知识贡献度评价的内涵、特性、方法等方面进行剖析，构建了企业知识与员工知识贡献度集成评价模型；在此基础上，重点提出并实现了大众与专家综合的知识评价方法、基于用户行为分析的企业客观自动评价方法、企业员工知识贡献度评价方法，并针对这些评价方法可能存在的问题提出改进方法和应对策略；基于委托代理理论，建立了企业员工知识贡献委托代理模型对员工的知识贡献行为进行分析，并设计了企业员工知识贡献激励机制；以某变压器企业为例，实现和验证了变压器故障知识共享与评价方法。.本项目的研究，可以弥补现有企业知识评价和员工知识贡献度评价方法的不足，丰富和发展知识管理和评价相关理论；同时，可以帮助解决企业实际知识管理中存在的一些知识无序化、知识使用率低等问题，促进企业知识有序化，提高企业知识共享水平和应用效率。本团队共发表论文18篇，出版学术专著1部，获省部级奖励2次，在国际和国内学术会议上做论文报告3次，发表会议论文2篇，培养了团队骨干，较好完成研究任务。
