PROJECT ABSTRACT
This application is being submitted in response to PA-20-272 as an administrative supplement to DP2DA053720-
01 (PI: Tookes). The T-SHARP (Telehealth Solution to HIV and Addiction-Related Problems) trial will study the
efficacy of the Tele-Harm Reduction intervention in 2 syringe services programs (SSPs) operated within
academic medical centers, University of Miami/Jackson Health System and University of South Florida/Tampa
General Hospital. The aims of this administrative supplement are 1) to expand the T-SHARP trial of the Tele-
Harm Reduction intervention to a third site in Florida with a high prevalence of PWID with HIV and 2) to examine
implementation barriers and facilitators to identify appropriate implementation strategies to facilitate
implementation of the Tele-Harm Reduction intervention within a new contextual environment (a Federally
Qualified Health Center based SSP). The third site will expand the existing trial to three of the seven Ending the
HIV Epidemic jurisdictions in Florida (Miami-Dade, Hillsborough, and Broward Counties). This expansion of trial
sites and study of the intervention implementation in a new context will ensure the study meets enrollment targets
and that the intervention is feasible in varying SSP environments.
01(pi:tickes)。 T-SHARP(针对HIV和与成瘾有关的问题的远程医疗解决方案)试验将研究
