项目摘要
The majority of Portsmouth is an island of only 15-square miles but with a population density second-only-to London and an ambitious target to transition to a thriving net zero carbon city by 2030\.Our project take a whole-system view of as an "island city", addressing challenges including:- Enhancing two-way engagement and coordination between key actors, sectors, residents and other local organisations- Building capacity and capability within Portsmouth City Council with new decarbonising engagement models to increase the efficacy and impact of other projects- Using engagement to build trust and ultimately increase demand for low carbon goods and services in PortsmouthBy establishing a new status-quo for decarbonisation engagement in Portsmouth, our project delivers the innovation necessary to accelerate our transit to being a climate-just and future-fit modern city.
