项目摘要
In this research, a fast transient simulation algorithm based on leapfrog-scheme for the circuit including interconnects (such as signal, power and ground) and nonlinear elements (such as transistor) was studied. Especially, a modeling method suitable for the leapfrog scheme was developed for the power and ground interconnects. Finally, an ultrafast scalable circuit simulation technique was developed by the use of GPU.
本研究针对包含互连(如信号、电源和地)和非线性元件(如晶体管)的电路,研究了一种基于蛙跳式的快速瞬态仿真算法。特别是,针对电源和接地互连开发了一种适合跨越式方案的建模方法。最后,利用GPU开发了超快可扩展电路仿真技术。
