This study aimed to develop a new assessment tool for reviewing the progress of public health nurse (PHN) support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and their families. Specific items for the assessment tool were extracted from the literature on PHN support for children with ASD and their families and from data obtained from a group interview with nine PHNs with at least 5 years of work experience. An assessment tool constituted of 9 main categories was eventually developed. The assessment tool was mailed to 26 PHNs across Japan, who were asked to respond to its items. Data were analyzed using SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys, and validity of the assessment tool was evaluated. We believe this new tool constitutes a valuable contribution in enhancing the effects of for caring children with ASD and supporting their families.

本研究旨在开发一种新的评估工具，用于审查公共卫生护士 (PHN) 对自闭症谱系障碍 (ASD) 儿童及其家庭的支持进展。评估工具的具体项目是从有关 PHN 支持自闭症儿童及其家庭的文献中提取的，以及从对 9 名具有至少 5 年工作经验的 PHN 进行小组访谈中获得的数据中提取的。最终开发出由9个主要类别组成的评估工具。该评估工具已邮寄给日本各地的 26 个 PHN，要求他们对其项目做出回应。使用 SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys 分析数据，并评估评估工具的有效性。我们相信，这一新工具在增强照顾自闭症儿童和支持其家庭的效果方面做出了宝贵的贡献。
