Today there is a wide range of the educational reform movements all over the world. The most crucial point of these movements is the reformation of curriculum, which is based on a concept called ‘generic skills'. In this research, we aimed to research the background of this concept and how it changes the schooling, especially the secondaryschool. We find that we have to clarify competencies as educational goal and develop an educational assessment in order to conduct the educational reform based on the ‘generic skills'.

如今，世界各地都有广泛的教育改革运动。这些运动中最关键的一点是对课程的认可，该课程基于一个称为“通用技能”的概念。在这项研究中，我们旨在研究该概念的背景以及它如何改变学校，尤其是中学。我们发现，我们必须澄清能力作为教育目标，并制定教育评估，以便基于“通用技能”进行教育改革。
