This study generally examined three purposes of basic income through the arguments that are generated by networking of researchers and citizens. First, we explicated the demanding grounds of basic income; the right to subsistence, citizenship, reciprocity, publicness, feminist thinking. Second, we considered the political and financial feasibility of basic income. Third, we discussed the problems of current income security systems that are mainly composed of pension and public assistance, and the direction of reforming current systems toward basic income.

这项研究通常通过研究人员和公民网络产生的论点来研究基本收入的三个目的。首先，我们阐明了基本收入的苛刻理由；维持生计，公民身份，互惠，公众，女权主义思想的权利。其次，我们考虑了基本收入的政治和财务可行性。第三，我们讨论了主要由养老金和公共援助组成的当前收入安全系统的问题，以及将当前系统转化为基本收入的方向。
