The aim of this study was to identify nurses' perspectives on the needs of patients with chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and the interaction between nurses and patients or family members. We interviewed 10 female nurses with 5-13 years of clinical experience with CRD. Interview data were subjected to qualitative and inductive analyses. The results indicated that the nurses try to identify the potential needs of patients who are uncertain about the end of their life, make them aware of what they want to be in the end-of-life period, and satisfy their last wishes. In the future, these findings are expected to facilitate the creation of an assessment tool for evaluating our interaction and the nursing care model.

本研究的目的是确定护士对慢性呼吸道疾病 (CRD) 患者的需求以及护士与患者或家属之间互动的看法。我们采访了 10 名具有 5-13 年 CRD 临床经验的女护士。对访谈数据进行定性和归纳分析。结果表明，护士试图识别对临终不确定的患者的潜在需求，让他们意识到自己在临终时期想要成为什么，并满足他们最后的愿望。将来，这些发现预计将有助于创建评估工具来评估我们的互动和护理模式。
