Substance P is released from the sensory nerve of the skin, and it is known that substance P induce the inflammation of the skin. In the patient with the atopic dermatitis, when blood substance P was measured, substance P decreased by the standard treatment, and the m-RNA expression of degrading enzyme of substance P was enhanced. And, in the mouse which gave the stress, the contact hypersensitivity reaction enhanced, and L-selectin and substance P was indicated in the mechanism of enhanced response by the stress.
P物质由皮肤的感觉神经释放,已知P物质会引起皮肤炎症。在患有特应性皮炎的患者中,当测量血液P物质时,标准治疗后P物质减少,并且P物质降解酶的mRNA表达增强。并且,在给予应激的小鼠中,接触性超敏反应增强,并且L-选择素和P物质表明了应激增强反应的机制。
