Tightening of regulations by "Money Lending Business Act amendment" has been fully implemented, there was a suppression effect in excess of the loan on June 18, 2010.However, the relief of multiple debtors could not. By law enforcement decided to not investigate sufficiently the impact of the economy, money lending business industry has collapsed in spite of legal business. And user companies that make a living by using employees and their families working in this industry, this service, in the face of many difficulties. GDP of the entire region or country is falling, increased the unemployment rate. In other words, the amendment of the law created the cause of the economic downturn.

收紧监管的《放贷业务法修正案》已全面实施，对2010年6月18日的超额贷款产生了抑制作用，但对多个债务人的减免却未能实现。由于执法部门决定不充分调查对经济的影响，尽管合法业务，放贷业务行业还是崩溃了。而靠利用在这个行业、这项服务工作的员工及其家属来谋生的用户公司，面临着许多困难。整个地区或国家的GDP正在下降，失业率上升。也就是说，修法造成了经济下滑的原因。
