Nowadays, the information environment with Internet as its core is inevitably being restructured. In order to build an ideal relationship between information technology and media and human beings, the interaction channel, which acts as the medium between the sender and the receiver of media, experts and non-experts of information technology to make their collaboration possible, is essential. However, "science communication" in the category of "science, technology and society studies (STS)", and "media practice" inspired by "media studies" or "cultural studies", though share common interests, are developed on different academic paradigm until today. The integration of both in regards to theory, more importantly, practice ought to be given the top priority. This research presents the importance of finding the common ground of this two trend from a historical sociological point of view and conceiving a comprehensive conceptual frame.

如今，以互联网为核心的信息环境不可避免地被重组。为了在信息技术与媒体和人类之间建立理想的关系，互动渠道充当了发送者与媒体，专家和非专家的接收者之间的媒介，以使其协作成为可能。但是，“科学，技术与社会研究（STS）”和“媒体实践”类别中的“科学沟通”受“媒体研究”或“文化研究”的启发，尽管具有共同的兴趣，但在今天的学术范式上都是在不同的学术范式上开发的。更重要的是，两者在理论方面的融合应该被列为首要任务。这项研究提出了从历史社会学的角度找到这两个趋势的共同基础的重要性，并想象着全面的概念框架。
