项目摘要

This study is aimed at getting a document of a plan, a design and management administration of a waste safekeeping institution in a architecture.I did basics investigation about a factor of quantity of waste outbreak of a certain large-scale architecture in Tokyo. The quantity of outbreak of waste confirmed that a total floor area and relations with the number of employees were strong from findings. In the present rule about waste disposal treatment of architecture, it is discretion entrusted of a self-governing body. As for the regulations, a standard about a waste safekeeping institution is easily shown by a building scale. In 2005, I performed actual survey investigation of the data (Composition of waste, safekeeping container capacity) which was not able to make clear from basics investigation. The basic unit of the bulk specific garavity of the business facilities and the dwelling facilities was able to be calculated by the measurement. In 2006, I performed questionary survey for a self-governing body. A questionnaire item is the waste problem that occurred by the classification situation of waste from each institution, a transportation processing method, an action about the issue of waste, the waste charging situation, merger of cities, towns and villages. Performed collection of garbage safekeeping institution installation summaries of as self-governing body at the same time. I put it together as a result of 2005,2006 year and modelled a waste safekeeping institution. From the above-mentioned study, 1. I made composition of waste of business institutions and a house institution clear. 2. I showed an establishment standard of a waste safekeeping institution of self-governing bodies and the present conditions of how to handle for waste. 3. I showed modeling of a waste safekeeping institution. These research results are evaluated as a valuable finding
本研究的目的是获得建筑中废物保管机构的规划、设计和管理管理文件。我对东京某大型建筑的废物数量爆发的因素进行了基础调查。从调查结果来看,垃圾的发生量证实了总建筑面积和员工人数之间存在很强的关系。在现行的建筑垃圾处理规则中,由自治机构自行决定。在法规方面,废物保管机构的标准很容易通过建筑规模来体现。 2005年,我对基础调查中未能明确的数据(废弃物成分、保管容器容量)进行了实际调查。通过测量可以计算出商业设施和居住设施的整体比重的基本单位。 2006年,我为一个自治体进行了问卷调查。调查项目为各机构产生的垃圾分类情况、运输处理方式、针对垃圾问题采取的行动、垃圾收费情况、市、镇、村合并等方面发生的垃圾问题。同时作为自治体进行了垃圾保管机构设置汇总的收集。我把2005、2006年的结果放在一起,建模了一个废物保管机构。通过上述研究, 1.明确了事业单位和住宅单位的废弃物构成。 2. 展示了自治体废物保管机构的设立标准以及废物处理的现状。 3. 我展示了废物保管机构的模型。这些研究结果被评价为有价值的发现
