Historical documents and letters are important sources for studying the history of Japanese. However, few of them have been used for describing the history of Japanese. Literary documents have been attached more importance in it than non-literary documents like legal and political documents or letters. In this study I aimed to reveal new aspects of the history of Japanese through such non-literary sources. Medieval court documents issued by Kamakura Bakufu were the main source of this study. Most of the texts were written in Chinese characters, but modified with Japanese syntax and lexicon. They were carefully examined to investigate the influence of Japanese. Through this study I also considered the methodology to use historical documents and letters as a source of studyinghistory of Japanese.

历史文件和信件是研究日语历史的重要来源。但是，其中很少有人被用来描述日语的历史。与法律和政治文件或信件等非文学文件相比，文学文件在IT上的重要性更大。在这项研究中，我旨在通过这种非文学资料来揭示日本历史的新方面。 kamakura bakufu发布的中世纪法院文件是这项研究的主要来源。大多数文本都是用汉字写的，但用日本语法和词典修饰。对他们进行了仔细的检查，以调查日本人的影响。通过这项研究，我还考虑了使用历史文件和字母作为日语研究史的来源的方法。
