旅游目的地社区恢复力测度模型及其驱动机制研究

The risks and vulnerabilities induced by natural disasters and social crisis are on rise globally. Resilience theory has emerged in recent years as a new sustainable development paradigm to provide new perspectives on tourism destination community development and socioeconomic system adjustments to a rapidly changing world. Resilience is the ability of a system to absorb disturbance and still retain its basic function and structure. The ability of actors to respond to and manage stress is central to community resilience research. Based on this, this project focuses on the measurement model and the driving mechanism of community resilience in tourism destination. This project will choose the Jiuzhai Valley and Dujiangyan as the typical case study areas. Using multi-disciplinary theory and methods, especially structural equation modeling, regional difference analysis and so on, this project will explore the theoretical framework and multiple dimensions of community resilience in tourism destination, development the scale for tourism community resilience based on the perception of actors, evaluate the community resilience in tourism destination and compare the differences between Jiuzhai Village and Dujiangyan, analyze the key factors influencing community resilience in tourism destination, and analyze the driving mechanism of key factors on community resilience in tourism destination. The results of this project can guide regional tourism industry to a sustainable development process.

随着自然灾害与社会危机影响的不断增强，提升恢复力成为推动旅游目的地社区可持续发展的重要举措，旅游目的地社区恢复力已成为旅游地理学研究的前沿领域和重要方向。本项目针对当前旅游目的地社区恢复力研究的薄弱环节和亟需解决的科学问题，从行动者应对危机的能动性是社区恢复力研究的中心议题出发，系统进行基于居民感知的旅游目的地社区恢复力测度模型及其驱动机制研究。选择九寨沟和都江堰为案例地，运用量表开发程序、结构方程模型和区域对比分析等方法，理清旅游目的地社区恢复力的理论框架和内在维度，开发基于居民感知的测度量表，实证评价旅游目的地社区面对危机和灾害的恢复力，揭示社区恢复力的区域差异，提炼旅游目的地社区恢复力的关键影响因素，探究其作用机制，明晰其综合作用机理，并进行不同案例地的区域差异对比，探寻恢复力培育路径，为旅游目的地可持续发展提供决策理论依据，力求拓展和充实旅游可持续发展和旅游地理学研究的视角和内容。

恢复力理论强调系统适应变化和应对干扰的能力，为理解社区系统的自组织能力和可持续发展提供了一种新的视角。深入地理解旅游目的地社区恢复力的影响因素及其作用机制，是旅游地理学研究的重要方向。本项目针对旅游社区可持续发展面临的危机和挑战，系统研究旅游社区恢复力的内在维度和测度方法，揭示旅游社区恢复力关键影响因素的作用机制。首先，研究构建了旅游社区恢复力的理论分析框架，提出了未来研究应关注的关键研究方向。其次，研究发现地方依恋、职业认同、社区参与、社区增权和社会资本对旅游目的地社区恢复力均具有显著的正向影响。按照影响程度，地方依恋、职业认同、社区增权和社会资本对旅游目的地社区恢复力的影响属于中效果，社区参与对旅游目的地社区恢复力的影响属于强效果。社区增权和社会资本对社区参与和旅游目的地社区恢复力的作用关系起着重要的中介作用。研究还发现旅游目的地社区恢复力在人口统计学特征方面的差异主要体现在性别、年龄、受教育程度和居住地四个方面，在旅游企业特征方面的差异主要体现在企业创立时间、类型、员工数量和营业收入四个方面。项目通过基础调研获得了大量的一手与二手数据，其中包括旅游社区居民抽样调查资料、灾害影响资料、社会经济发展资料、游客行为资料等。项目迄今为止，发表论文11篇，其中SSCI论文5篇，SCI论文1篇，CSSCI论文3篇，核心论文2篇。项目负责人及成员先后在首届中国青年旅游论坛、第七届中欧国际旅游研讨会暨中国地理学会旅游地理专业委员会第十二届国际旅游学术前沿研讨会、中国地理学会旅游地理专业委员会2018年年会、江苏省旅游学会2018年年会等学术会议上交流项目研究进展和成果。项目基本完成相关研究目标，并有所拓展。
