亲缘关系影响川金丝猴社会行为模式机制的研究

Social behavior is the foundation force that primates used to connect each other which to build affiliation relationship and stable social system. Kinship is important for social behavior patterns and stable social organization for its impact on social behavior among individuals. The Sichuan snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellana) is a species endemic to China, previous studies found females behave nepotistically toward their maternal relatives, whereas non-kin individuals build stable social relationships with reciprocal cooperation. Based on the long term observation with close distance and individual RFID permanent marker technique, this project aim to investigate the impact of kinship on social behavior patterns between kin and non-kin individuals both in OMU and AMU; clarify the difference of social behavior patterns between kin and non-kin individuals. The results will answering how Golden snub-nosed monkey enhance their fitness with regulating their social behavior patterns to adapt diversified social relationships. The study results will provide theoretical guidance in conservation aspect for this high endangered species.

社会行为是灵长类个体间建立社会联系的方式和基础，并以此建立社会联属关系，从而形成稳定的社会组织结构。亲缘关系通过直接或间接的影响个体间的社会行为，成为灵长类社会行为模式和社会联属网络形成的重要影响因素。川金丝猴是我国特有的珍稀濒危物种，以往的研究发现，在其亲属与非亲个体共存的重层社会组织模式下，亲缘个体间通过亲缘偏向行为建立社会联系，而非亲个体亦能够通过互惠合作等社会行为形成特定的社会关系，本研究在对研究群内个体的识别与永久标记基础上，结合遗传学亲缘谱系的鉴定，分析川金丝猴AMU和OMU中个体间亲缘关系对社会行为模式的影响，揭示川金丝猴亲缘个体间与非亲个体间的社会行为模式差异。探明个体间的社会联属特征，回答川金丝猴在社会行为进化过程中如何通过调节社会行为模式以适应社会关系变化，获得更高适合度的行为策略。揭示川金丝猴维持重层社会系统稳定的内在动力和机制，促进非人灵长类社会组织理论的发展与完善

灵长类个体间通过社会行为建立社会联属关系，形成稳定的社会组织结构，进行合作、共同抵御天敌，保持遗传多样性，获得更高适合度。本项目在对川金丝猴研究群内个体的识别与永久标记基础上，通过长期连续的观察与分子遗传学分析的结合，分析了川金丝猴繁殖群和全雄群中个体间的亲缘关系，探明了亲缘个体间和非亲个体间的社会行为模式差异。亲缘关系相近的个体间形成亲缘联盟，非亲个体通过联属行为建立合作联盟。发现川金丝猴个体可根据其自身的繁殖地位、种群中的婴猴数量、等级等因素不断调整社会交往策略和搭档关系，以提高自身在种群内的生存竞争力和适合度，维护社群稳定。揭示了川金丝猴维持重层社会系统稳定的内在动力和机制，促进了非人灵长类社会系统进化的自然选择理论发展与完善。
