高密度城区路网拓扑结构定量评价方法及规划技术研究——基于公交优先的视角

Normal bus transit is an important part of urban public transportation, and its operation is highly dependent on the construction conditions of the urban road network. At the level of urban master planning, the planning and design of road network structure should focus on road grade, road network density, road network topological structure. The existing researches on road network form are relatively shallow and mainly focus on qualitative discussion, which plays a limited role in assisting the decision-making of planning and design..Based on quantitative analysis methods and theories of topological network such as social network analysis method, this research project uses high-density urban areas of China's large cities as research objects to improve the analysis of the influence of road network topology structure on normal bus transit, and further explore the influence mechanism of road network topology structure characteristics on the line and stop layout of normal bus transit. On this basis, combined with the needs of urban road network planning support, the quantitative evaluation method of topology structure is improved, and the quantitative index with scientific calculation process and numerical interpretation ability was designed for the orientation of normal bus transit priority. Furthermore, the quantitative evaluation method is transformed into an auxiliary decision-making method suitable for urban road network planning and design, and an operable application path is proposed.

常规公交（公共汽电车）是城市公共交通的重要组成部分，其运行高度依赖城市道路网络的物质建成条件。在城市总体规划的层面中，路网结构的规划设计需重点考虑道路等级、路网密度、路网形态等。已有研究对于道路等级和路网密度对于常规公交适宜性的影响已经有较多的分析与结论，但是针对路网形态的研究深度相对较浅，且多集中在定性讨论的层面，对于规划设计的辅助决策作用有限。本研究拟基于已有的研究成果，借鉴社会网络分析法和空间句法，将路网形态抽象为拓扑网络，并针对路段进行定量评价。选择北京、上海、广州等国内大城市的路网和公交数据，分析拓扑结构定量评价结果与常规公交布局现状之间的关系，剖析分析结果并改进评价方法。最后，提出既能够体现上述定量评价指标特征，又能够便于城市总体规划层面的路网规划设计辅助决策的应用方法与途径。

空间资源限制背景下，公交优先发展是我国城市高密度城区的现实需求。由于常规公交仍将长期是城市公共交通的重要组成部分，支撑公交运行的城市路网结构应当成为城市建成条件优化的重要考量方向。本研究以城市道路网络作为研究对象，基于社会网络分析法关于拓扑网络抽象和节点量化分析的理论方法，开展基于公交优先视角的高密度城区路网拓扑结构定量评价方法及规划技术研究。.具体研究工作包括：国内大城市高密度城区的路网及相关数据标准化处理；路网结构特征与常规公交适宜性关系的深化研究；城市道路网络拓扑结构特征定量化指标研究；引入交通管理因素的城市道路网络拓扑结构特征量化研究；引入城市空间布局结构影响的深化研究；关于低碳导向的城市路网结构优化的拓展研究；分析方法与技术的实现与优化；基于实际城市案例的分析应用。.本研究取得的主要研究进展与重要结果包括：通过深化研究进一步认识路网结构特征对常规公交适宜性的影响机制；以拓扑结构量化评价为基础，提出综合路网结构“容量”与“质量”的评估方法；在引入交通管理、职住关系影响等因素的基础上，提升路网拓扑结构定量评价方法的适用性；将理论与方法研究成果转化为适用于规划设计阶段应用的技术实现路径；形成具有实践应用操作性的量化指标指引方向与数值建议；开展低碳导向的城市路网结构优化的拓展研究，探索形成相应的评估方法以及优化路径。.研究的科学意义主要在于：探究城市道路网络结构对常规公交适宜性的影响机制；探索城市道路网络结构定量化评估方法的技术实现路径；为城市道路网络结构提供规划设计辅助决策的实践应用价值。
