嵌入性视角下本土高新技术企业位势跃迁机理研究

In the context of international competition of the Chinese high-tech firms,faced with threats form low-end locked in the industrilal links and strategic isolation by the multinational corporations from developed contries, we take a breakthrough in the existing researchs about position-based potentials of the firms. For the "of the scene" tendency of the missing framework of the embededness of the firms,we combine the theory of the New Economic-Sociology and the firms' capability, proposed the research of position-based potentials of local high-tech firms under "embeddedness" perspective. We integrate the overall network structure theoretical tools, and analyze characteristics of firm's competence of the potentials' frogleapping , to explore the position-based potentials and its transition theory . Of the local high-tech firms' embedded in the overall network context, we will research the willingness of the firms' behavior, motivations and ways of frogleapping positon in the network, and make summarize or comparison. We also research the firms’ characteristics of internal capability in the way, modes and the path of the firms' searching "positions" and accumulating frogleap "potentials", conclude and measure the position-based potentials performances of rent grab , technical control and social prestige. Combined with the relative steady and dynamic states of overall network and the capabilities of position-based potentials of firms, interpretate and analysis transition paths of position-based potentials of firms. Based on the conclusions of our research, we provide the strategy for firms to frogleap positions in it’s overall networks,and promote industrial policies orientation for our governments, as well as positions frogleapping strategy or policies analysis and application tools.

在本土高新技术企业的国际化竞争中,面临低端锁定和战略隔绝困境的现实背景下，突破现有企业位势研究的“去情景化”倾向的前置框架模糊的局限，融合新经济社会学和企业能力理论，提出“嵌入性”视角下本土高新技术企业“位势跃迁”的研究命题。整合“整体网络结构”理论工具，并剖析企业位势的胜任和跃迁能力特征，探究企业位势及跃迁理论。在本土高新技术企业整体网络嵌入情境下，对企业跃迁行为的意愿、动机和方式进行归纳比较，梳理企业搜寻跃迁之“位”和蓄积跃迁之“势”的能力特质和模式路径，并对租金攫取、技术控制和社会声望等位势绩效进行剖析和测度。结合整体网络和企业位势能力的相对稳态性和动态性，演绎分析企业位势跃迁路径。在研究结论基础上归纳本土高新技术企业位势跃迁策略，促进企业位势跃迁的产业政策取向与具体措施，以及位势跃迁策略分析、政策分析等应用工具开发。

项目背景：在“引进来”和“走出去”引致的嵌入竞争格局下，我国高技术产业面临“低端锁定”困境，与国际技术先发企业“学习竞赛”中，本土高新技术企业遭遇“知识封锁”和“战略隔绝”，技术资源获取导向的“嵌入竞争”和本土产业转型升级“倒逼机制”，要求本土企业尝试实现位势跃迁，面对全球化高技术领域的“位势”之争。. 主要研究内容：突破现有企业位势理论的“去情景化”倾向下前置框架模糊的局限，提出“嵌入性”视角下本土高新技术企业“位势跃迁”研究命题：整合“整体网络结构”和企业能力特征，探究企业位势及跃迁理论。在本土高新技术企业整体网络嵌入情境下，对企业跃迁行为的意愿、动机和方式进行归纳比较，梳理本土企业搜寻跃迁之“位”和蓄积跃迁之“势”的能力特质和模式路径，演绎分析企业位势跃迁机理。. 重要结果：在结合本土企业实践的基础上，关于“整体网络结构”、“位势能力”、“位势跃迁”、“位势功效”等关键概念的内涵、边界与结构维度进行深度建构。完成案例企业的位势跃迁机理模型的建立与检验。完成了研究模型的质性检验，推进了整体网络分区与测量技术的再开发、核心变量的测量方法、多个结构方程模型的检验、规范的跨案例研究方法设计、网络可视化技术的模拟演化分析。. 关键数据：应用Soopat、德温特、Wind等数据库数据，完成对案例企业专利许可、引用等网络信息进行筛选和分析。进一步开发网络多维分区技术，对“企业网络位势”进行解构研究。并结合最新的网络测量技术、网络可视化等网络分析方法，对“市场势”进行可视化、定量化数据分析。. 科学意义：采用科学研究范式和多种实证方法，构建本土企业位势跃迁机理理论，具有范式突破性与本土原创性，对企业技术赶超和企业能力、行为等理论领域具有显著理论贡献。基于国际视野、探索“本土原创理论构建”的科学研究范式与实证研究方法论，对推动我国管理学研究的本土化、原创化发展，具有积极意义。对本土高新技术企业位势现状、问题与发展趋势的大样本调查和整体网络分析等，对了解本土企业位势状态、跃迁行为、模式和路径前沿动态、制定前瞻性的政策决策等具有重要借鉴意义。
