雾霾威胁与工作倦怠及健康关系的研究

As there is more and more haze threat and more job burnout in China, the relationship between human beings and their work environment has become a serious concern for academic researchers and practitioners. This project is based on scientific theories from environmental psychology, managerial psychology, and occupational health psychology. It focuses on discussing the psychological meaning of haze threat and its impact on individual burnout and health. The current project will (1) Develop a measure of haze threat perception to explore the psychological meaning of haze; (2) Compare haze threat and haze perception and their relationship with job burnout/health based on a significant amount of ecological data; (3) Further analyze, via diary study, the dynamic model of how haze threat affects employees’ psychological and physiological states; (4) Based on the above, examine possible moderators on the relationship between haze threat and job burnout/health. This project will adopt multiple research methods and apply flexible research plans combined with cross-sectional, longitudinal, diary, and multilevel design to conduct the initial exploration of the relationship between human beings and their work environment. It is a bold fusion of different areas of psychology, which will enrich and extend theories on environmental protection, environmental psychology, job burnout, and psychological health. It will serve as a scientific guide and suggest actions for developing effective policies on both environmental protection and harmonious development, and for developing practical interventions and solutions concerning job burnout.

随着雾霾威胁日趋增多和人们工作倦怠日益普遍，人与环境的关系受到学术界和实践者的关注。本课题将基于环境心理学、管理心理学、职业健康心理学等多领域的科学理论，集中探讨雾霾威胁的心理学意义，及其对工作中个体的倦怠与健康的影响。为此，本课题将编制“雾霾知觉量表”以考察雾霾威胁的心理学意义；同时运用大量生态数据资料，比较自然雾霾、雾霾知觉对工作倦怠及健康的影响；进一步通过日志式研究分析雾霾天气带来人们心理和生理的动态变化；在此基础上检验雾霾威胁影响工作倦怠及健康的边界条件。本课题将应用多种综合的研究方法和手段，灵活运用横断/纵向研究、日志式研究与跨层设计等研究方案，对人与环境的关系进行初步探索。本课题是对不同领域心理学研究的一个大胆融合，将丰富和拓展环境保护、环境心理、工作倦怠、心理健康等领域的相关理论，并为制定有效的环境保护政策、和谐发展的方针政策、实用的工作倦怠干预方案提供科学指导和实施依据。

本项目基于认知评价理论和资源保存理论，集中探讨了雾霾威胁的心理学意义，考察了自然雾霾、雾霾威胁态度对于人们在工作中的心理状态的影响。首先，本课题编制了《雾霾态度量表》，并经过实际涉及多城市、大样本的心理测试测量了人们的雾霾态度、工作倦怠和工作投入，再把问卷数据与空气质量等生态数据的对接。通过机器学习的方法，我们发现“雾霾威胁态度”、自然雾霾对于工作倦怠与投入均有影响，且前者的重要性更大。同时，在两个全国样本中的跨层回归分析，进一步支持自然雾霾对工作倦怠和投入的影响。其次，通过准实验设计的方法，在实际的工作群体中验证了自然雾霾对工作状态的影响，且发现“雾霾威胁态度”在自然雾霾影响工作倦怠和投入过程中的调节作用。再次，通过大学生样本的两个实验室设计，通过实验启动雾霾验证了雾霾的心理影响以及“雾霾威胁态度”的重要调节效应。这些发现一致地强调了个体认知评价功能在应对环境压力事件中的重要意义和价值，对于深入理解人与环境的关系、理解人这一主体的主动性，以及对如何开展工作倦怠/工作投入的干预和工作中个体能量的管理等工作都提供了方向和指导。本项目的研究工作对理解环境心理学、理解人与环境互动的本质和方式、深入开展工作倦怠形成机制的系统研究很有帮助。
