The present study aimed to examine the effects of education programs promoting sense of watching elderly neighbors among community-residents. The programs included small lecture and group-work session, which theme are "watching elderly neighbors with cognitive decline" and "significance and necessity of watching elderly neighbors", utilizing audiovisual education materials which we have developed in the present study. We have testified the programs to a total of 94 coummunity-residents and found that participants were comprehensive regard to the programs and they revealed that utilizing resources or cooperation with professions and residents to prevent social isolation should be needed. Further investigation would be focused on effects of the programs, including compliance of watching behavior to elderly neighbors on residents or occurrence of elderly abuse and solid death.

本研究旨在研究教育计划的影响，以促进社区居民观看老年邻居的感觉。这些计划包括小型演讲和小组工作会议，主题是“观看认知能力下降的老年邻居”以及“观看老年邻居的意义和必要性”，利用我们在本研究中开发的视听教育材料。 我们已经为这些计划作证了总共94个Coummunity居民，并发现参与者对这些计划进行了全面的关注，他们透露，需要与专业和居民进行资源或合作，以防止社会隔离。进一步的调查将集中在该计划的影响上，包括遵守对老年邻居对居民的行为的遵守情况或老年虐待和稳固死亡的情况。
