The object of this study is to identify current challenges in the drive to further establish the adult guardianship system in Japanese society, and make clear the significance of this movement. In particular, the study undertakes a detailed examination of association of this phenomenon with social work. In the view of the growing tendency of welfare service to adopt of use, it has become important to enhance the system of guarantees as a part of the right advocacy infrastructure. It is essential that disabled and elderly people who rely on welfare survive adequate individual support whenever required. In addition, I investigate the conditions under which the adult guardianship system functions as a form of social support.

这项研究的目的是确定当前的动力挑战，以进一步建立日本社会的成人监护系统，并清楚这一运动的重要性。特别是，该研究对这种现象与社会工作的关联进行了详细的研究。鉴于福利服务的日益增长的使用趋势，这对于加强保证体系作为正确的倡导基础设施的一部分变得很重要。至关重要的是，依靠福利的残疾人和老年人在需要时能够在适当的个人支持下幸存下来。此外，我调查了成人监护系统作为社会支持形式的条件。
