The present study examined the effect of various shoulder muscles training on rate of force development (RFD) and neural activation. The gain of RFD increased after training by the heavy medicine ball. Therefore, RFD might be important parameter to evaluate the effect of training for external rotator.

本研究检查了各种肩部肌肉训练对力速率（RFD）和神经激活的影响。训练重医药球后，RFD的增长增加了。因此，RFD可能是评估外部旋转器训练效果的重要参数。
