We conducted Phase I clinical trial of HSP70 mRNA-electroporated matured dendritic cells (DCs) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. A dose of DCs administrated subcutaneously 3 times every 3 weeks were escalated 1x10^7, 2x10^7, 3x10^7 cells. Ten patients were treated and had no serious events in this follow- up period. Two patients were CR. This treatment was safe and effective.

我们对肝细胞癌患者进行了HSP70 mRNA - 纤维膜成熟的树突状细胞（DC）的I期临床试验。每3周地下3次地下剂量的DC剂量升级为1x10^7，2x10^7，3x10^7细胞。在此后期，十名患者接受了治疗，没有严重的事件。两名患者是Cr。这种治疗是安全有效的。
