项目摘要

According to our projection of teacher demand in Japan, the demand will increase after 2005. So the role of teachers' training institution will have been important in the future. From this standpoint, we tried to clarify the change among students in the teacher training institution based on the questionnaire method. Next, we analyzed the factor underlying non-teacher oriented students. Finally, we analyzed the evaluation of the non-teacher-oriented students on the teaching training institution.The main findings were as follows :1. Non-teacher-oriented students are increasing in the teacher training institution according to the decrease of teacher demand in the recent years.2. Considerable parts of the students' choice on the teaching profession are determined before entrance to the institution. The orientation of students for the teaching profession does not strengthen after the entrance.3. The evaluation of non-teacher-oriented students on the teacher training institution is low. And non-teacher-oriented courses, which are for the non-teacher-oriented students, do not work properly.
根据我们对日本教师需求的预测,2005年以后需求将会增加。所以教师培训机构的作用在未来将会非常重要。从这个角度出发,我们试图通过问卷调查的方式来厘清教师培训机构学生的变化。接下来,我们分析了学生非教师导向的因素。最后,分析了非师范生对教学培训机构的评价。主要研究结果如下: 1.近年来,随着教师需求的减少,教师培训机构中的非师范生不断增加。 2.学生对教师职业的选择有很大一部分是在进入学校之前就决定的。学生入学后对教师职业的定位没有加强。 3.非师范生对教师培训机构的评价较低。而针对非教师导向的学生的非教师导向课程则无法正常运作。
