There are two switching forms in the power switching process of a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle equipped with a reflux continuously variable transmission device: the driving mode switching between power sources and the speed regulation mode switching between the pure continuously variable state and the reflux state. Both switchings will lead to a sudden change in the torque of the power coupling system and affect the vehicle ride comfort. Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the reflux hybrid system, a torque coordination control strategy for different switching processes has been formulated and verified through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform. The results show that this strategy can effectively reduce the torque fluctuation and impact during the switching process of this system.
搭载回流无级变速传动装置的插电混合动力汽车在动力切换过程中存在两种切换形式:动力源之间的驱动模式切换和纯无级状态与回流状态之间的调速模式切换,两种切换都会导致动力耦合系统扭矩突变,影响汽车平顺性。在对回流式混合动力系统工作特性分析的基础上,制定了针对不同切换过程的扭矩协调控制策略,并通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台进行了验证。结果表明,该策略能够有效地减少该系统切换过程中的转矩波动和冲击。
