慢性难愈合创面动物模型的研究进展

The repair of chronic non-healing wounds has always been a difficult problem in the field of surgical medicine. In recent years, researchers have paid more and more attention to the research on the treatment of chronic wounds. Replicating an animal model that is consistent with the clinical pathogenesis and the influencing factors of wound repair is the basis for exploring the repair mechanism of drugs on chronic non-healing wounds and evaluating the efficacy of drugs. The author discusses from the selection of animal models of chronic wounds, the production methods of common different types of chronic wound models and their advantages and disadvantages, and the existing problems, providing a relatively comprehensive reference theory for the selection of experimental animal models for non-healing wound repair and the modeling methods.

慢性难愈合创面的修复一直是外科医学领域的难题，近年研究者越来越重视对慢性创面治疗的研究。而复制出与临床发病机理与创面修复影响因素一致的动物模型，是探索药物对慢性难愈合创面修复机制与评价药物疗效的基础。笔者从慢性创面动物模型的选择、常见不同类型的慢性创面模型制作方法及其优缺点、存在的问题展开论述，为难愈合创面修复实验动物模型的选择及造模方法提供较为全面的参考理论。
