长白山玄武岩台地土壤动物多样性及其生态地理分布

In spring, summer and autumn of 2014, the soil animals in the primitive coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, secondary coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, secondary deciduous broad-leaved forest and cultivated land on the basalt platform of Changbai Mountain were studied. The results showed that: for the diversity of large soil animals, it was the highest in the secondary coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in spring, and in the primitive coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in summer and autumn, and it was the lowest in the cultivated land in all three seasons; for the diversity of small and medium-sized soil animals, it was the highest in the primitive coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in spring and autumn, and in the secondary coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in summer, and it was still the lowest in the cultivated land in all three seasons. According to one-way analysis of variance, it can be known that the soil animal groups and average density in the primitive coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, secondary coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest and secondary deciduous broad-leaved forest in spring, summer and autumn were significantly higher than those in the cultivated land (p<0.05). The diversity of soil animals in each habitat showed a trend of decreasing with the increase of soil depth. The changes of soil temperature, available P, organic matter and soil humidity were the main factors affecting the geographical distribution of soil animal diversity on the basalt platform of Changbai Mountain.
:于2014年春、夏和秋季对长白山玄武岩台地原始针阔混交林、次生针阔混交林、次生落叶阔叶林及耕地土.壤动物进行研究。结果表明:大型土壤动物的多样性,春季次生针阔混交林为最高,夏季和秋季原始针阔混交林.为最高,耕地在3 个季节均为最低;中小型土壤动物的多样性,春、秋两季原始针阔混交林为最高,夏季次生针阔.混交林为最高,耕地在3 个季节仍为最低。根据一维方差分析可知春、夏、秋3 个季节原始针阔混交林、次生针阔.混交林和次生落叶阔叶林土壤动物类群和平均密度均显著高于耕地(p0.05)。各生境土壤动物的多样性呈现出随土层深度的增加而降低的趋势。土壤.温度、速效P、有机质和土壤湿度的变化是影响长白山玄武岩台地土壤动物多样性地理分布的主要因子。.
