文献摘要

The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial engineering, and in particular relates to a diterpene (Libertellenone G) and a preparation method and use thereof. The diterpene (Libertellenone G) extracted from a fermentation liquor of endophytic fungus of IlligerarhodanthaHance has a strong inhibiting effect to acetylcholin esterase, so that Libertellenone G can be used a compound for inhibiting acetylcholin esterase and can be applied to preparing novel medicines for treating Alzheimer disease.
本发明属于微生物工程技术领域，尤其涉及一种二萜（Libertellenone G）及其制备方法和用途。从红毛玉叶金花内生真菌发酵液中提取的二萜（Libertellenone G）对乙酰胆碱酯酶具有很强的抑制作用，因此Libertellenone G可作为一种抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的化合物，并可应用于制备治疗阿尔茨海默病的新型药物。
