微更新视角下苏州老住区公共空间适老化提升策略研究——以苏州科技大学周围老住区公共空间为例

文献摘要

According to the spirit of the State Council, the Jiangsu provincial government has introduced relevant requirements for promoting the integrated development of home-based, community-based and institutional elderly care. As a city with a relatively high degree of aging in China, it is of great urgency for Suzhou to develop elderly care services. Among them, the improvement of the public space in old residential areas for the elderly is an important measure to realize community-based elderly care. Based on the perspective of micro-renewal, this article explores the strategies for improving the public space in old residential areas around Suzhou University of Science and Technology for the elderly from three aspects: public activity space, road greening and public facilities by intensively sharing the public space of Suzhou University of Science and Technology with that of the surrounding old residential areas.
根据国务院精神,江苏省政府出台关于推动居家、社区和机构养老融合发展的相关要求。苏州作为我国老龄化程度较高的城市,发展养老服务建设刻不容缓,其中对老住区公共空间进行适老化提升是实现社区养老的重要举措。文章基于微更新的视角,通过将苏州科技大学公共空间与周围老住区公共空间进行空间集约共享,从公共活动空间、道路绿化、公共设施3个方面,探讨苏州科技大学周围老住区公共空间适老化提升策略。
