In this study, an actin gene sequence was cloned from the medicinal plant Lonicera japonica and named LjActin (GenBank accession number: KY114518). Sequence analysis showed that its full length was 1536 bp, with a coding frame of 1134 bp, encoding 377 amino acid residues, a theoretical molecular weight of 41.7 kDa, and a theoretical isoelectric point of 5.31. The sequence alignment results indicated that the Actin of Lonicera japonica was highly conserved in sequence with that of other plants. The evolutionary analysis results showed that the Actin of Lonicera japonica clustered with AtACT7 of Arabidopsis thaliana and OsACT2 of rice. The RT - PCR results showed that LjActin was stably expressed in the flowers of Lonicera japonica at five different developmental stages.
本研究在药用植物金银花中克隆得到1条肌动蛋白(Actin)基因序列,命名为LjActin(GenBank登录号:KY114518)。
