To ensure the safe operation of mechanical transmission equipment, it is very necessary to accurately predict the fatigue life of gears. Improve the damage prediction model under multi-level loads with toughness as a variable based on the cumulative damage theory. Through the results of bending fatigue tests under two-level loads, fit the damage scaling factor according to the relationship between the ratio of the two-level stress amplitudes and the bending fatigue damage, and use the damage scaling factor to improve the original model. The improved bending fatigue life prediction model can predict the bending fatigue life of gears more accurately. By comparing with the results of bending fatigue tests under various loading sequences, the deviation rate between the predicted results and the mean value of the test life is relatively small.
为确保机械传动设备安全运行,精准预测齿轮疲劳寿命十分必要。改进基于累计损伤理论以韧性为变量的多级载荷下损伤预测模型,通过两级载荷作用下弯曲疲劳试验结果,根据两级应力幅值之比与弯曲疲劳损伤间的关系拟合损伤缩放因子,将损伤缩放因子用于改进原有模型。改进后的弯曲疲劳寿命预测模型可以较为精准的预测齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命。通过与多种加载顺序下弯曲疲劳试验结果对比,预测结果与试验寿命均值偏差率较小。
