Facing the increasing demand for the sustainable development of society and economy, the reuse of sewage has become an effective measure to alleviate the shortage of water resources and improve the quality of the water environment. With the continuous expansion of the application scale of centralized reclaimed water systems and the gradual expansion of the utilization channels of reclaimed water, ensuring the reliability of the reclaimed water system, that is, its safe, stable and efficient operation, is becoming more and more important. At present, the research on the reliability of reclaimed water systems is very limited and a unified understanding and evaluation method has not yet been formed. Facing the complexity of water quality guarantee for reclaimed water systems and the limitations of existing evaluation indicators, the concept of the reliability of reclaimed water systems is put forward, and the connotation, evaluation index system and guarantee measures of the reliability of reclaimed water systems are explained in detail from multiple dimensions such as redundancy, robustness and resilience. In the future, it is necessary to further explore the evaluation methods for the reliability of reclaimed water systems to provide technical support for constructing a safe, reliable and economical reclaimed water system.
面对日益增长的社会经济可持续发展需求,污水再生利用已成为缓解水资源短缺和改善水环境质量问题的有效措施。随着集中式再生水系统应用规模的不断扩大和再生水利用途径的逐渐拓展,保障再生水系统的可靠性,即安全稳定高效运行显得越来越重要。目前,针对再生水系统可靠性的研究十分有限,尚未形成统一的认识和评价方法。面对再生水系统水质保障的复杂性和现有评价指标的局限性,提出了再生水系统可靠性的概念,并从冗余度、鲁棒性、弹韧性等多个维度详细阐释了再生水系统可靠性内涵、评价指标体系和保障措施。今后,需进一步深入探讨再生水系统可靠性评价方法,为构建安全可靠经济的再生水系统提供技术支撑。
