左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病的临床研究

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods: 86 patients with adenomyosis were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gestrinone, and the observation group was treated with the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system. Results: After treatment, the uterine volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the degree of dysmenorrhea was alleviated compared with that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 23.26%, and that in the control group was 2.33%, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system has a significant effect in the treatment of adenomyosis.

目的 评价左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法 对86例子宫腺肌病患者分两组各43例，对照组孕三烯酮，观察组左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗。结果 观察组治疗后子宫体积较较对照组缩小，痛经程度较对照组减轻，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率23.26%，对照组不良反应发生率2.33%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病效果显著。
