Abstract: The structure of the eye is complex and the internal tissues are very fragile. Even a slight injury, if not properly treated, often causes serious visual impairment or even blindness to the patient. As an effective research method, numerical simulation technology can not only describe the dynamic response of the intraocular tissue structure under impact conditions, but also realize the mechanical conditions that cannot be provided by experimental means in a virtual environment. This article sorts out the relevant research literature at home and abroad in the past 20 years, summarizes the application of numerical simulation technology in direct and indirect eye injuries, and analyzes its research status and future development trends.
摘要 眼的结构复杂,内部组织十分脆弱,即使是轻微的损伤,如果处理不当往往会对患者造成严重的视力障碍甚至失明。数值仿真技术作为一种有效的研究手段,不仅可以描绘冲击状态下眼内组织结构的动力学响应,同时可以在虚拟环境下实现实验手段无法提供的力学条件。本文梳理近 20年国内外相关研究文献,综述了数值仿真技术在直接性和间接性眼外伤的应用,分析其研究现状以及未来的发展趋势。
