Study the extraction, separation and purification methods of Cardamine hupingshanensis polysaccharides and analyze their antioxidant activities in vitro. The test results show that the optimal technological conditions for extracting Cardamine hupingshanensis polysaccharides by ultrasonic and enzyme-assisted methods are as follows: the liquid-to-material ratio is 30∶1, the ultrasonic time is 25 min, the addition amount of cellulase is 2%, the extraction temperature is 90 °C, and the extraction time is 120 min, with the measured actual value being 48.53 mg/g. Using the Svage method for deproteinization 7 times, the loss rate of polysaccharides is relatively small. Four component polysaccharides are obtained by DEAE - 52 cellulose chromatography. The analysis of antioxidant activities in vitro shows that the crude polysaccharides of Cardamine hupingshanensis have a certain reducing ability and a relatively strong scavenging ability for ABTS free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals.
研究壶瓶碎米荠多糖的提取、分离纯化方法,并分析其体外抗氧化活性。试验结果表明,通过超声波、酶辅助提取壶瓶碎米荠多糖的最佳工艺条件:液料比30 ∶ 1,超声时间25 min,纤维素酶添加量2%,提取温度90 ℃,提取时间120 min,测得实际值为48.53 mg/g。采用Svage法脱蛋白7次,多糖的损耗率较小。经DEAE-52纤维素层析得到4种组分多糖。体外抗氧化活性分析表明,壶瓶碎米荠粗多糖具有一定的还原能力,对ABTS自由基、羟基自由基的清除能力较强。
