Using iron tailing sand instead of natural river sand to mix concrete, the bond performance between deformed steel bars and iron tailing sand concrete is studied through pull-out tests. 12 groups of pull-out specimens of iron tailing sand concrete are fabricated, and the average bond stress (τ)-slip (s) curves under different concrete strength grades (C20, C30, C40) and different steel bar diameters (12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm) are analyzed. On this basis, the bond performance between deformed steel bars and iron tailing sand concrete is studied and compared with the corresponding performance of ordinary concrete. The test results show that the bond performance between steel bars and iron tailing sand concrete is slightly better than that of ordinary concrete, and iron tailing sand can replace ordinary river sand to produce concrete. The obtained conclusions provide a theoretical reference for the engineering application of iron tailing sand.
以铁尾矿砂代替天然河砂拌制混凝土,通过拔出试验研究变形钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土之间的粘结性能.制作12组铁尾矿砂混凝土拔出试件,分析其在不同混凝土强度等级(C20、C30、C40)和不同钢筋直径(12 mm、16 mm、20 mm、25 mm)下的平均粘结应力(τ)-滑移(s)曲线,在此基础上研究变形钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结性能,并与普通混凝土相对应的性能进行比较.试验结果表明,钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结性能略优于普通混凝土,铁尾矿砂可以替代普通河砂制作混凝土,所得结论为铁尾矿砂的工程应用提供理论参考。
