产业集群内领先企业国际化研发网络的生成模式与演化规律

Nowadays, the globalization of economy and technology is actively and profoundly changing the organizational boundaries of R&D behaviors, and boosting independent innovation capability of firms. As for industrial cluster, how to open a regional innovation system, to a broader cross-organizational and cross-regional learning, becomes more and more important for those member firms to break the "geographical short-sight" to reach extensive R&D resources, and to enhance independent innovation capability. .Firstly, based on " the theory of R&D internationalization"and "innovation network theory", and by tracing the hint of knowledge-intensive service embedding, this project aims to construct an analysis framework of R&D internationalization for leading enerprises, through analying its manifestations, dynamic factors and development trajectory. Secondly, this project will systematiclly study the three R&D internationalization models: (1) Local Model, (2) G-local Model, (3) Global Model. Thirdly, the evolution of R&D internationalization process of leading enterprises within clusters will be explored in depth. We build a double layered evolutionary model, composed by the geographical boundary evolution ("explict-line") and the organizational boundaries evolution ("implicit-line"). Last but not the least, according to the research results, the project proposes to cultivate a multi-level and wide range of knowledge-intensive service system and to guide the effective embedding of knowledge-intensive services, to promote the international R&D of member firms within industrial clusters..This project will not only help to provide a reference or theoretical guidance for policy makers, relevant organizations and member firms in cluster with R&D internationalization paths, but also to help to expand and enrich the the theory of R&D internationalization and innovation network.

如何开放区域创新系统、使研发突破企业的组织边界，走向更广阔的跨组织、跨区域学习，成为群内企业打破"地理近视"、提升自主创新能力亟待解决的问题。本课题以知识密集型服务业嵌入为线索，以"研发国际化理论"和"创新网络理论"为基础，从集群引擎（领先企业）入手，以我国集群领先企业研发网络国际化的表现形式、动力要素与发展轨迹为重点，系统研究了领先企业研发网络国际化的生成模式与演化规律，包括同区位"LOCAL模式"、异区位"G-LOCAL模式"、全球化"GLOBAL模式"以及基于地理边界("明线")和基于组织边界("暗线")的双层演化过程，提出培育多层次与多元化的知识密集型服务体系、引导知识密集型服务业有效嵌入、以促进我国集群企业顺利实现研发国际化的对策思路。.本课题有助于为政府、相关组织以及集群企业研发国际化提供决策参考和理论指导，有助于拓展和丰富研发国际化理论和创新网咯理论。
