第二语言口语产生的脑网络、个体差异及优化

Speech production is the process of retrieving words from the mind. With the development of globalization, more and more people have learned a second language. In recent years, many studies have investigated the cognitive and neural mechanisms of L2 speech production. It has been shown that oral production in the second language (L2) has both the universality of language production and the specificity of its own. However, few studies have shed light on the following important issues: 1) the brain network of L2 speech production and its influential factors; 2) the underlying mechanism of L2 speech production in abnormal group of L2 speakers; 3) brain synchronization of L2 speech production in multiple speakers. Answers to these questions have important theoretical significance for revealing the cognitive neural mechanism of second language learners' oral communication, and will also benefit for promoting research on second language processing and second language learning. Therefore, By using response time (RT), event related potential (ERP), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) measures, the proposed project aims to examine four important scientific questions with second language learners: 1) the brain network of L2 speech production; 2) the regulation mechanism of the brain network of L2 language produced; 3) individual differences and optimization of L2 oral communication; 4) the brain synchronization of L2 oral communication.

口语产生是个体从头脑中提取信息表达自己的过程。第二语言口语产生既具有语言产生的普遍性，也具有自身的特殊性。目前有关第二语言口语产生的研究至少存在3方面问题：1）缺乏对第二语言口语产生的脑网络及其影响因素研究；2）缺乏针对第二语言口语交流异常的群体的系统研究；3）缺乏有关多人第二语言口语交流的大脑同步性研究。因此，本课题拟综合运用反应时（RT）技术、事件相关电位（ERP）技术、功能磁共振（fMRI）技术、经颅磁刺激（TMS）技术和近红外光成像（fNIRS）技术，以第二语言学习者为主要研究对象，考查4个重要的科学问题：（1）第二语言口语产生的脑网络；（2）第二语言口语产生的脑网络的调节机制；（3）第二语言口语交流的个体差异及优化；（4）多人第二语言口语交流的大脑同步性。
