项目摘要
The electrical capacitance tomography technique was applied at the riser of circulating fluidized bed to visualize cross-sectional distribution of the particle and effects of the rolling period, the rolling amplitude, the superficial velocity and measurement position upon the particle distribution were clarified. Riser wall temperature was also visualized with the thermo-chromic liquid crystal, and heat transfer distribution and its time variation were investigated. Particle falling speed along the riser wall was measured with PIV method and, based on the experimental data, heat transfer model was proposed and its validity was verified.Numerical simulation of gas-solid flow based on the Euler-Granular model was performed and numerical result was compared with the experimental data obtained with the electrical capacitance tomography technique.
采用电容层析成像技术在循环流化床提升管处观察颗粒截面分布情况,明确滚动周期、滚动幅度、空塔速度和测量位置对颗粒分布的影响。还利用热致变色液晶将冒口壁温度可视化,并研究了传热分布及其时间变化。采用PIV法测量了颗粒沿升管壁的下落速度,并根据实验数据提出了传热模型并验证了其有效性。基于Euler-Granular模型对气固流动进行了数值模拟,并得到了数值结果与电容层析成像技术获得的实验数据进行了比较。
