In autumn 2004, 59 cases of acute encephalopathy were reported across 9 prefectures in Japan.We concluded that encephalopathy experienced caused by was the cyanogenic mushroom.We study the mechanism of the acute encephalopathy by cyanogenic mushroom, Pleurocybella porrigens. For three years from 2011, we collect the mushrooms at a same point.But the occureence of mushroom is not enough except 2012 by unseasonable weather.It is difficult to study with natural materials is affected by the environment such as weather. We tried to artificial cultivation the Pleurocybella porrigens.

在2004年秋天，日本的9个县据报道59例急性脑病病例。我们得出的结论是，由氰化蘑菇引起的脑病。我们研究了墨西哥糖蘑菇急性脑病的机制，墨西哥蘑菇，胸腺胸腺脂蛋白porrigens。从2011年开始的三年来，我们在同一时刻收集蘑菇。但是蘑菇的发生还不够，除非2012年的天气不合理。我们试图人工栽培的胸膜菜蛋白酶。
